Unauthorized resale of our source code, reverse engineering, or using our services for illegal activities (phishing, scamming) will result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION and legal action.
03 // Payment_&_Billing
All payments for digital products (Source Code/Domains) are final. We do not entertain "Chargeback" requests once the digital asset has been delivered. Please review the demo before purchase.
04 // Limitation_of_Liability
PrakashWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software. You are responsible for backing up your own data.
05 // Governing_Law_&_Legal_Entity
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Motihari, East Champaran, Bihar.
